Super learning is a very arduous process. You need a lot of concentration and patience to fully master all the super learning techniques and concepts.

But the good news is that there are many things that you can do to make this process a tad bit easier. One of the things that you can do is to pick the right diet. There is some “brain food” that you can incorporate into your meals to help boost your memory and brain function.

Remember, when you choose the right food, you increase your mental agility and memory- the two things we want to develop when we study super learning.

The first thing that you need to make sure you have in your diet is wholegrain. You have to try to mix wholegrain foods into your daily diet. Example of food rich in wholegrain are wheat bran, cereals, whole wheat pasta and wheat germ.

Wholegrain is rich in folic acid, vitamin B12 and vitamin B6 and these vitamins and minerals are proven to improve in remembering information.

Next, if you want to speed up your super learning lessons, you need to eat as much blueberry as you can. Research from Tufts University suggests that blueberry and blueberry extract can improve short term memory. If you eat blueberry, you can avoid memory loss.

You should also use some pumpkin seeds into your dishes as often as possible. Pumpkin seeds are rich in zinc- something that enhances our memory and thinking skills, which is helpful in super learning.

If you want some “brain food” that’s quite simple and you can eat anytime, you can opt for nuts. Different nuts like almonds, cashews and peanuts are rich in vitamin E. Studies have shown that vitamin E can help prevent poor memory- something you don’t want when you’re studying super learning.
